Do I need cell service to use the app?
No. All core features work offline. Reports will sync automatically when you regain connectivity.
Who receives my observation reports?
Reports are routed to the state veterinarian's office for the county where the observation was made, following standard Foreign Animal Disease investigation procedures.
Is this an official USDA app?
No. Screwworm Tracker is an independent tool that supplements the existing APHIS reporting chain. For confirmed or highly suspect cases, always call the APHIS emergency hotline at 866-536-7593.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings → Delete Account in the app, or submit the form at screwwormtracker.com/delete-account. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in.
